I had approached Saundra in early January 2014. I was going through an emotional crisis. I was suffering from severe anxiety, depression and was highly suicidal and was unable to work.
Saundra taught me a few basic moves from CFQ that were very easy to learn.
I practiced daily and as time went on my symptoms slowly got better.
By mid March 2014 I had come through my emotional crisis and I continue to practice Qigong.
I first started doing Master Yap's Qi gong, I had anxiety and felt
constantly on edge. After learning a few movements and putting 10-15
minutes a day of practice, I felt like myself again and now I feel
like I can attract whatever I want into my life. No longer feeling so
trapped and limited as I once did by my circumstances.
